Hi Ruffio. Some of the key cutting companies, in the UK, can re-programme the keys, but the other answer is to get it done by a Kia dealer (more expensive, I expect). After also looking on my system you could try 504769. This code is related to the car unless the previous owner has change it. A code would be needed for the radio to work and if this isn’t available, we wouldn’t be able to reset this. if this is the case the radio unit will need replacing. I hope this information helps.

This is from the manual (4-69): " If service mode is not activated, the LCD display shows, like the above picture [OFF]. In this case, we recommend that you consult an authorised Kia dealer.
