🌪️ Microsoft Office 2019 Product Key Activated Maximum Number Of Times

When I try to activate my license by internet, it claims that the maximum number of uses have been used. This is not correct. So I try the second option, activate over telephone. But none of the phone numbers listed for the Netherlands works. The toll free option is not in use, the other option is unavailable every time I try to call.

This sounds fairly normal for Product Key Card retail licensing. It is a terrible PITA. The product key on the card you buy is only entered once to add another license key to the Microsoft account. The only way to know which Product Key Card key is associated with each computer is by manually tracking it yourself.
